Sitting at a desk....can it kill you?

Some claim it can actually cut your life in half. We investigated....



Well if you work in an office you need to listen up! Because we found research from the University of Sydney that says "workers who sit for longer than 10 hours a day at their desk have a 48 percent increase in risk of death" this was in comparison to people who sat for less than four hours a day. Not to worry though! The fix is actually pretty easy. We recommend you stand 5 min per hour and you can quickly reverse the impact a desk job might have on you!

Now throw in some stairs instead of the elevator and now you're really making a difference!
